		<description><![CDATA[I agree that having relative expertise in the specific investment industry like tech increases your chances of big returns.  I&#039;ve had this thought when I see so many funds trying to beat out the vast competition without separating themselves at all, it seems that without some edge on the competing funds, like having a experienced, very successful fund manager, then they don&#039;t get the kind of success that they could by just focusing more specifically.
